Mr. Deepak Ray is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 20 years of experience in finance, auditing, and business advisory. He has advised numerous companies on company law, taxation, banking law, FEMA, and customs law etc.

Specializing in Private equity advisory, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Virtual CFO services, Project Finance and IPOs, Mr. Ray has worked with leading companies such as Ashok Leyland, IFB, Daimler, Mahindra, and Unipres in senior management roles. He has also presented at international forums in Japan, Dubai, and beyond.

Currently serving as an Executive Council Member for the MSME Business Forum India, Mr. Ray is dedicated to empowering small and medium enterprises. He is passionate about giving back to the community and brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to every client engagement.

Avidly interested in diverse subjects, Mr. Ray draws inspiration from his late father, Mr. Apurba Ranjan Ray, a Sahitya Academy Awardee and author of over 65 books in the Oriya language.
